The manufacturing cooperative Dřevotvar was founded in 1951 by an association of 17 craftsmen who combined their abilities with enthusiasm. Over the years it grew and modernized, and today it is a prosperous company that sells its products all over the world.
Dřevotvar holds the following certifications:
A large part of our production (up to 81 %) is exported.
Assortment composition of the production
1. Furniture - production is divided into two sections:
- furniture designed by Dřevotvar intended for local market – produced mainly from chipboards with a beech veneer combined with solid wood
- furniture in series according to customer specifications – produced from MDF coated with pigmented varnish and laminated chipboard in combination with solid wood
2. Furniture pieces
- made from flat MDF and chipboards coated with pigmented varnish
3. Wooden kitchenware
- Dřevotvar družstvo is one of the largest manufacturers of wooden kitchen utensils in Europe. The company offers a broad range of their own brand products - wooden spoons, spatulas, chopping boards, spice grinders and many other wooden accessories. These wooden products are exported to the entire world, especially to Western Europe.
